Gatwick Express Cancellation Directive

Following the cancellation of the Gatwick Express train link which happened on the 5th July 2018, which has resulted in passengers missing their flights or having to re-book onto new flights, we at tifgroup would like to clarify what cover is available to our policyholders.

 

Missed Departure

Providing this is a benefit usually available under the policy we are happy to offer cover for alternative transport costs to get you to your trip destination. This applies to trips which began on 5th July 2018 only and until normal service resumes.
