Other team members have attended training in Negotiation Skills, Influencing and Assertiveness, Time Management, PR and media management and many, many more.

We also support teams to develop great team building skills, through challenging team tasks in a fun and engaging setting.

Developing our people is so important to supporting our team members to progress and have a rewarding career with us. Our Leadership team is proud to have several members who have followed that path and we develop our Leadership skills through an ongoing programme of Leadership development that constantly stretches our team to challenge themselves and grow as individuals and leaders.
